The inserts are made of closed-cell EPE foam. The EPE foam is produced by extrusion.
Application: for sealing closures, used for closing bottles with non-alcoholic, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, including mineral waters and juices, as well as alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of up to 95%.

Mainly concentrated juices, hot infusion
A wide range of closure personalization options are available, thanks to decorative techniques such as colored enamels, metallic colors achieved with transparent colored varnishes, or offset printing. Offset printing in CMYK and mixed colors allows for photorealistic raster graphics or any other lithography tailored to the client's needs. Lithography on the closure's side is achieved using advanced image transformation techniques.
