Exclusive closures, luxurious image
The inserts are made of closed-cell EPE foam. The EPE foam is produced by extrusion.
Application: for sealing closures, used to close bottles with non-alcoholic, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks,
including mineral waters and juices, and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of up to 95%.

Dry Offset (4 colors)
Dry offset is the most commonly used and most economical technique for printing on the side of closures.
• Principle of Operation: This is an indirect printing technique in which ink is transferred from the printing plate to a rubber cylinder (blanket), and then from the rubber cylinder to the decorated object (cap). The inks are applied without the use of water (hence "dry offset"). The ink layer is protected against abrasion with a topcoat varnish immediately after printing the embossment ("wet-on-wet").
• Colors: Most often, specially selected special (spot) colors are used, e.g. according to the Pantone color chart, or any other, at the customer's request, with the desired finish (glossy, satin, matte).
• Quality and Details:
o Enables economical and efficient printing of relatively simple and uncomplicated details, e.g. a logo, while also allowing for the reproduction of vivid and pure colors.
o The graphic's contact line (joint) is usually visible because printing is done on a rotating cylinder (side plate).
Applications: Ideal for mass production, standard graphics, and multi-color logos. This is the best choice when a specific color or multiple colors are required to reproduce a designed lithograph.
Hotstamping
Hot stamping is a finishing technique that involves applying a metallic foil to the surface of the closure, creating a glossy and prestigious effect.
• Operating Principle: The pattern (matrix) is heated and then pressed against a special foil, which, under the influence of heat and pressure, releases a metallic layer (usually gold, silver, copper or colored) and transfers it to the closure surface.
• Colors: Solid color, metallic. The most popular are gold and silver. Foils can be matte, satin, or glossy.
• Quality and Details:
o Luxury and three-dimensional effect.
o Allows to obtain gloss and light reflection that is impossible to achieve with standard printing inks.
o The quality of detail is very good, but the technique is limited to graphic elements (e.g. contours, logos, frames) and not to full surface printing.
• Applications: Used to distinguish premium products, embellish logos, graphic symbols, and key brand identification elements designed to attract attention. Often used as an addition to offset printing.
Screen printing
Screen printing is a technique characterized by the ability to apply a thicker layer of paint, which creates a convex effect and color saturation.
• Operating Principle: The paint is forced through a matrix (mesh/screen) in which the meshes corresponding to the pattern are open. The mesh is tensioned and pressed against the surface of the cap, and a squeegee presses the paint through.
• Colors: Typically, 1 or 2 colors are used (sometimes more, but less frequently), often using high-opacity inks (e.g., Pantone colors). Ideal for printing with metallic inks (gold, silver) or white, which allows for very good coverage and depth—unattainable with offset printing. There are also inks that imitate the hot foil effect, remaining an economical alternative.
• Quality and Details:
o Gives very expressive, strong and saturated colors.
o Possibility of printing on dark surfaces without a primer.
o Due to the nature of screen printing, the resolution is lower than with offset printing, meaning that fine details and thin lines may be less precise or impossible to produce.
o It is possible to obtain a print with a raised relief.
• Application: Great for simple, expressive logos, thick lines, lettering requiring maximum coverage and color intensity (e.g. white on black printing).
